Terms and conditions of the Wilson Healthcare Plan

The Wilson Healthcare Plan is a monthly payment plan designed to spread the cost of your pet's routine preventative healthcare. The plan operates on a rolling 12-month commitment with payments collected by monthly direct debit.
There are no joining fees or annual renewal fees. Your first monthly payment is taken upon enrolment.
The Wilson Healthcare Plan includes the following for your pet:
Plan members receive unlimited veterinary and nurse consultations. This excludes out-of-hours & emergency appointments. A fair use policy applies to consultations.
Full health examinations are included as part of your pet's routine care.

As a plan member, you will receive guidance on dental health, diet, and behaviour and training for your pet.

The plan operates on a rolling 12-month basis. If you wish to cancel before the end of your current 12-month period, a balance calculation will be carried out. This will compare the discounts and benefits you have received against the payments you have made. Any outstanding balance will be payable upon cancellation.
The Wilson Healthcare Plan is not insurance. It is a payment plan to help spread the cost of routine preventative healthcare. It does not cover illness, injury, or emergency treatment. We strongly recommend that all pet owners also take out a suitable pet insurance policy.
